If you are having problems with your BuyerKiosk system we have several ways for you to get the issue resolved. You can:
- Search our knowledge base for articles to see if you can fix the problem yourself (fastest!)
- Contact us directly in the chat box from the 'Queue' page (faster!)
- Email us directly (slowest)
We use a support ticketing system that allows us to track issues as they come in. This support ticket system allows us to write articles that can help you solve the problems yourself, and we are always adding more articles when we see an issue that can be resolved easily by you. This should be the first place you go when you have an issue you have not experienced before.
To view and search through all of our knowledge base click on the small chat bubble that appears in the bottom-left side of your Queue page. If you cannot login to your account to view the queue page, there is also a small chat box in the bottom left of the login page.
If you cannot find an article in the knowledge base about your issue, then the next step would be to open a direct conversation with us. You will see the "Contact Us Directly" button at the bottom of the support portal. This is where you can send us a message directly explaining the problem so that we can help you.
You can then write us a message. Please help us by describing the issue as best you can, as well as any steps you have already taken to try and resolve the issue. We will get back to you as fast as we can!
