If you are experiencing problems logging in to the Buy Queue screen, follow these steps to get logged in. Please be sure to share this information with your team:
Buy Queue Screen
To log in, go the main website at: www.buyerkiosk.com. At the top right, click Login. Enter your store code and store password. Once you enter your store code and password, click the Login button. If you still have a problem try clearing your browser cookies as noted below.
Administration Panel
To log in, go the main website at: www.buyerkiosk.com. At the top right, click Login. Enter your personal user ID and password and then click login. If you still have a problem try clearing your browser cookies as noted below.
Clearing Browser Cookies
To clear your browser cookies in Chrome, hit the three little dots in the top right (under the X) of the browser window. Select Settings to open the Settings tab. Scroll to the bottom and hit Advanced. Under Privacy and Security, hit the Clear Browsing Data. It will open a dialog box to clear browser data. Make sure Cookies and Site Data is selected and then hit the Clear Browsing Data button. Close the settings tab and follow the step above under Buy Queue Screen. Be sure to hit "Allow"" when it asks you if you want to see our BuyerKiosk notification messages. This is how we communicate with the store if we are having issues.
